Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of a team that delivers superior experiences and products. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and continuously improving quality management systems content
  • Assessing the need and managing the impact of quality management system changes on site operations
  • Supporting quality management system change implementation

You will work closely with the QA community, users of the quality management system, and onsite quality analysts to provide technical support and ensure seamless integration of quality management practices.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality management systems
  • A college degree or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing systems, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • A strong customer focus and ability to influence and mobilize others
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
