About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ARV Cross Training Fitness Centre Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice on products and services.
  • Sales Operations: Operate cash registers, maintain sales records, and prepare merchandise for purchase.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Training and Development: Will train on our systems and processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
