The Role

This is a part-time position at one of our casino facilities, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a Housekeeping Professional, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the facility. You'll perform cleaning and sanitation activities, clean building floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and provide supplies to restrooms.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Perform cleaning and sanitation activities for public and employee areas;
  2. Clean building floors, furniture, fixtures, and any equipment;
  3. Service, clean, and provide supplies to restrooms;
  4. Practice safe work procedures and health and safety policies to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment;
  5. Report any maintenance or safety issues.

Requirements

  1. A secondary school diploma or equivalent working experience and education;
  2. Experience in the related field of one (1) or more years;
  3. Proven high level of Customer Service;
  4. Organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills;
  5. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and shift work;
  6. The ability to lift, push, pull, and move house cleaning equipment and supplies;
  7. Good physical fitness to maintain a constant pace of manual work;
  8. General knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation;
  9. The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
