About the Role

The Healthcare Contracts Director will lead our team of contract professionals in the development and implementation of a comprehensive contract management strategy that aligns with our organizational mandate. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive contract management strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of contract professionals responsible for negotiating, managing, and evaluating contracts with service providers and vendors
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on complex contract-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to contract management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contract management or a related field
  • Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., health administration, business, public administration)
  • Expert knowledge of contract law and procurement processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
