About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. as a Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately under pressure.
