Join Our Team as a Pilates Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team at Equinox in Toronto. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates training programs to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Pilates training programs for clients of all levels
  • Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to create personalized Pilates programs
  • Instruct private, duet, and semi-private Pilates sessions
  • Work with our Pilates Manager to build your client base and ensure your success
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with client management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Equinox members and guests
Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus
  • Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education
  • Exceptional customer service skills
