We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cosmic Pizza & Donair. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food preparation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, training them on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supply needs. You will also be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs

  • Able to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods

Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure situation.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
