We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our team at Sushi on the Strip. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our customers receive the best dining experience possible.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
• Permanent employment
• English as the primary language of work
• 30 to 40 hours of work per week
