Job Title: Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Cam Chain Co Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and company policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts as needed.
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and assemble equipment.
  • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to control machinery and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement.
  • Experience with automated and robotic systems, conveyor systems, electrical and electronic controls, gas compressors, hydraulic systems, lathes, power tools, press brakes, pumps, and welding equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
