Northern Lights Refrigeration is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Assistant to join our team. As an Air Conditioning Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers in various tasks related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist tradespersons and apprentices in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Help with cleaning machines and immediate work areas.
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
