We are seeking an experienced Applications Support Engineer Lead to join our technical support team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support and training to our customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues related to KUKA robots and automation controls
  • Developing and delivering advanced technical training programs to field service technicians and other technical staff
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, electrical engineering)
  • At least 10 years of experience in robotics, automation, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and IT systems
  • Advanced programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, and Visual Basic
  • Experience with PLC programming (Siemens and Rockwell)
  • AutoCAD proficiency
