Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Owls Nest Bakery Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Our bakery bistro operates in a dynamic and physically demanding environment. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be required to work in a team-oriented setting, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability.
