Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead our Retail Operations team in driving business growth and profitability. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the success of a $4-8M online program business, with a focus on year-over-year growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-5 associates to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth through online programs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing requirements for retail boutiques, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Oversee in-store merchandising, including physical store layout and product placement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in account management or leadership roles.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel as necessary to support client relationships and business development efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of promotional products and merchandising principles.
