Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at HWM Stores (2016) Ltd. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and customer orders.
- Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure they are following proper procedures and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that all bakery equipment is in good working order and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Proven track record of supervising and training staff.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
