Advantage Personnel is seeking a highly motivated Client Liaison Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for branches, couriers, and internal departments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Obtain orders, sort, and distribute them based on service commitment, area of picking, and special requirements on the order.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve issues when the warehouse is unable to meet the requirements outlined by the order.
  • Inventory Management: Arrange pickup of return goods and book inbound receiving appointments.
  • Document Control: Post in the system as required and file documents for all completed shipments.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming email and phone communication in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel and AS400.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Word.
  • Personal vehicle for transportation to the work location would be an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced Warehouse Environment.
