Job Title: Sales Vice President

At Church's Texas Chicken, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
