Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operational Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating with staff and vendors
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Coordinate and assign work, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a lean inventory
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
