Job Overview
This role involves working closely with a dynamic team of journalists, producers, and editors to create high-quality content for various platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, collaboration, and innovation, with a deep understanding of digital media and its applications. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to drive results, build relationships, and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement content strategies to engage audiences and meet business objectives

- Lead and mentor a team of journalists to achieve journalistic excellence
- Support journalistic teams with coaching and regular feedback

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive editorial experience in broadcast news
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams under pressure
- Superior news judgment, strategic vision, and passion for delivering impactful stories
- Strong understanding of digital media and multi-platform content strategies
- Excellent decision-making and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
