MCA Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up attractive product displays and arranging products according to detailed planograms.
  • Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays to meet client quality and branding standards.
  • Maintaining product stock levels and ensuring products are properly arranged for customer purchase.
  • Installing eye-catching signage and performing additional merchandising services as required.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and representing MCA as a key representative.
  • Utilizing image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.

Requirements:

  • Reliability and pride in work quality.
  • Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
  • Able to read and execute planograms.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and using imaging apps.
  • Self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Enthusiasm and consistently professional attitude and appearance.
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.

About MCA:

MCA is a leading Canadian Merchandising Company, providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across Canada.

Work Environment:

Typically, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with offers of flexibility.

Compensation:

Approximately $16 per hour, with approximately 5-10 hours per week.
