About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cake Decorator to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious cakes that meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with creativity and precision
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality control
  • Draw up production schedules to meet demand and minimize waste
  • Train new staff members on cake decorating techniques and procedures
  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
