About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Banquet Server to join our team at LussO Luxury LTD. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
    • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
    • Advise on menu selections
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
    • Serve food and beverages
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs
    • Provide customer service
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced banquet hall environment
    • Work with a team to ensure seamless service
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate or diploma required
    • Will train
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Physically demanding
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 32.5 hours per week
