At MGK & CO Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information systems and business strategy, with the ability to design, develop, and implement effective solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery. They will also assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
In addition, the Business Systems Specialist will conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and resolve conflict situations. They will also be responsible for usability testing, executing and documenting results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be organized, flexible, and able to take initiative.
We are looking for a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business systems and information technology. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
The working hours for this position will be 30 to 40 hours per week, and the language of work will be English.
