Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Operations Supervisor to join our team at Can American Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize fleet utilization and minimize delays.
  • Prepare and review reports to track key performance indicators, such as fuel efficiency and on-time delivery rates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) and Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
