The Director, Growth and Innovation will lead the Town's response to the Honda EV expansion in Alliston and related economic investments. This role involves reviewing current practices and processes related to growth and development and developing a modernization program for the Town's growth and development functions.

Main responsibilities include contributing to corporate strategy development, managing relationships with investment partners, coordinating internal functions related to the Honda investment, and proposing new strategies and long-term initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a university degree in planning, engineering, or a related field, along with 7-10 years of experience in municipal engineering or planning with increasing responsibilities. Proficiency in project management, engineering, and design software is also required.
