We are seeking a highly motivated Security Guard to join our team as a Mobile Patrol Officer in Vancouver. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of various properties, including condominiums, commercial buildings, and malls.

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $19 per hour, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for growth and professional development. We also offer a guaranteed 40-hour workweek, uniform provision, and continuing education through GardaWorld Academy.

Job Responsibilities

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Patrolling various settings (mobile and foot) to detect and deter potential security threats.
  • Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and applicable laws to maintain order and prevent incidents.
  • Responding to emergencies and incidents on the property, providing timely assistance and support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid BC security guard license.
  • A valid BC Class 5 driver's license.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A clear criminal background and driving record.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
