Job Title: Client Solutions Advisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a Client Solutions Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding customers who have purchased a mortgage through our indirect mortgage salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deepen customer relationships through the sale of banking solutions.
  • Work variable hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet customers at times that are convenient for them.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide a great customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales environment, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Effective time management and organization skills, with a self-driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • A driver's license and access to personal transportation during working hours.
