### Job Title: CVS Supervisor

#### About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CVS Supervisor to join our team at GardaWorld Cash Services in Halifax, NS. As a CVS Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the Cash Processing team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the department's resources and work processes cost effectively and efficiently
* Ensure that the contractual obligations of customers are achieved
* Monitor and improve the department's profitability and security continually
* Maintain accountability for the performance of the department
* Carry out on-the-job induction training
* Ensure all positions are staffed and executed properly and on time
* Promote the Health and Safety of Branch Personnel
* Monitor service levels, taking corrective action where necessary
* Manage staff to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency
* Ensure Company procedures, standards, and security guidelines are abided by
* Brief departmental staff on operational and company matters

#### Requirements

* Experience managing unionized staff
* Experience with cash handling and processing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

* Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions
* Ability to organize and prioritize work activities
