Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team in Moncton, New Brunswick. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Continuously grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience

What We're Looking for:
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize your workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • Bonus: 6+ months of industry experience
