About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cleaning of machines and immediate work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow with our company is essential.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Work Setting: This is a permanent position with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
