Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer

Ottawa Heart Imaging Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Regulatory Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes analyzing and providing advice on managerial methods and organization, conducting quality audits, and developing quality management and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Supervise staff and provide customer service
  • Train staff and oversee development of communication strategies
  • Manage knowledge and direct staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements
  • Master's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • 5-10 years of supervision experience
