Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in field programs within the remediation practice area, with experience in reclamation and natural science practice areas considered an asset.
- Manage assessment and remediation projects, subcontractors, and project budgets.
- Report and present results to clients and regulators.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical support to junior professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, landowners/stakeholders, and regulators.
- Contribute to the development of new business.
About You and Your Qualifications
- Hold a diploma or degree in sciences or engineering with an environmental focus, and be eligible for a professional designation from BCIA, EGBC, CAB, or equivalent in British Columbia.
- Have 5-10 years of experience working in assessment and remediation practice areas, with experience in safely leading environmental drilling programs, small- and large-scale remediation, and emergency spill response projects.
- Be knowledgeable about contaminated sites legislation, environmental regulations, policies, and permit processes.
- Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and be able to safely operate vehicles.
- Be a positive, humble, caring, genuine, and trustworthy individual.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively in integrated and interdisciplinary teams.
- Be enthusiastic and positive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding work.
- This position is eligible for overtime, so we are looking for flexible individuals who can adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $65,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
