Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker - Home Care to join our team at Pratima Sehgal. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Document client interactions and activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and lifting.
