The Senior Learning and Development Specialist is a results-driven professional responsible for guiding the analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance team member development, strengthen company values, and drive business performance.
In this role, you will partner with Subject Matter Experts and instructional designers to create impactful learning experiences that foster engagement, build capabilities, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of learning needs for each program and adjust choice of instructional content to achieve desired outcomes.
- Use collaborative work principles with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to determine and manage program objectives, content, and review cycle.
- Select and organize content, methodologies, and activities to create training design/plan that demonstrates effective transfer of knowledge and skills-based training.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in instructional design, organizational development, and/or facilitation, ideally in soft skills or leadership development.
- Experience working with e-learning authoring tools is considered an asset.
- Proficient with ADDIE/SAM design processes.
