About The Job

We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our HR Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Workday system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in the areas of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing Workday configurations related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and comprehensive requirements.
  • Document detailed functional and technical specifications for system modifications and enhancements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
  • Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of system changes.
  • Provide training sessions to end-users on new system features and functionality.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
