Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Representative to join our team in North Eastern Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets through the promotion, service, and sale of our products and programs in an established territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers, including sales and merchandising tactics that improve productivity, product knowledge, and selling sessions.
  • Develop and build on relationships with key decision makers and sales staff.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities.
  • Communicate accomplishments, threats, opportunities, and related issues to management in a timely fashion.
  • Participate in special projects, including new store set-ups, overnight resets, tradeshows, and weekend events as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, or marketing is preferred or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license issued by the province in which you are working.
  • 2-5 years of in-store merchandising service or outside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starting individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and honed interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of superior customer service and sales accomplishment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating high levels of honesty and integrity.
