About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Creative Strategist to join our team at StackAdapt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative advertising campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Creative Strategies: Provide creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs.
  • Act as a Subject-Matter Expert: Act as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients.
  • Project Management: Demonstrate project management wizardry by handling multiple creative requests from brief creation to asset to delivery while staying on time and on spec.
  • Collaborate with Production Team: Collaborate with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations, and drive campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years minimum experience in digital marketing, strategy, and/or art direction. Graphic design experience is a bonus. Please provide work samples if you have them.
  • Concept Development: Proven ability to develop strong concepts (ie. the idea behind a creative).
  • Client Communication: Experience working and communicating directly with clients.
  • Ad Creation: Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc.
  • Additional Considerations: Additional consideration is given to candidates with advanced experience in graphic design, programmatic, HTML, CSS, or Javascript, and/or is a fluent speaker of French, Spanish, or German.

We're a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position. This position will observe PST hours.
