We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Driver/Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our mobility division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely installation and maintenance of mobility equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery and Installation: Liaise with our service coordinators to ensure accurate information and efficient route delivery of mobility equipment to clients in the Sarnia area.
- Service Support: Install and uninstall equipment, including bathroom safety, m-rails, versaframes, and hospital beds, as well as perform rental equipment pickups and sanitization.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Support: Assist your team members as needed, whether it's interacting with clients or helping with service calls.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with clients and team members.
- Technical Skills: Ability to make minor adjustments to wheelchairs and assemble/disassemble equipment with ease.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: Clean criminal background check, bondable, and valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
