Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care in the Medically Complex program
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems
  • Collaborating with interprofessional teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited college or university nursing program
  • Registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • At least two years of experience in a complex continuing care, geriatric nursing, or rehabilitation setting
  • Rehabilitation, Gerontology, Palliative Care Certificate
  • Ability to perform I.V. starts and venipuncture
