Senior Support Staff Member

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Staff Member to join our team at Ott Transportation Services Inc. in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role:- This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week with opportunities for advancement.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a team-oriented setting.
The primary responsibilities of this role include establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines

- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, performing data entry, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. Your strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be valuable assets in this role.
