Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance activities and provide technical assistance to our manufacturing departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish, implement, and maintain long-range plans for improvement of maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate immediate and long-term corrections.
  • Support the plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness and Cost (SPQRC) goals.
Key Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance in a larger manufacturing field.
  • Able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
  • Experience in supervision of multi-trade workforce.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure a safe industrial work environment.
