Job Overview

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a skilled Winter Groundskeeper to join our team in Mississauga East. This position involves operating a tractor and snowrator to efficiently clear and de-ice commercial, institutional, and industrial properties.

Estimated Salary: $22.50-$27.00 per hourResponsibilities

We are looking for an experienced individual who can work well as part of a team and individually. The successful candidate will have attention to detail and be able to follow detailed route maps.

  • Operate a tractor and snowrator to clear and de-ice sidewalks
  • Maintain safe and efficient operations during winter weather events
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Respond to on-call situations 24/7
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience operating a tractor (Kubota/snowrator preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience plowing or salting sidewalks required
  • A cellphone with data and a valid G license
