Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at United Foods Inc. O/A McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customers receive excellent service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
