Job Title: Medical Summary Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Medical Summary Specialist to join our team at Manulife. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and summarizing Attending Physician Statements (APS) to provide accurate and reliable information to our underwriters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and summarize APS documents to extract relevant medical information
- Interpret diagnostic tests and medical terminology to ensure accuracy
- Provide high-quality summaries within tight deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client records
Qualifications:
- College or university graduate in a medical field
- Strong knowledge of medical conditions, diagnostics, and treatments
- Clinical and medical background required
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
