Spare School Bus Driver Job Description

PWPSD is seeking dedicated and safety-minded Spare School Bus Drivers to provide relief coverage when regular route drivers are unavailable. As a Spare School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, performing pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety, and navigating various routes as calls require.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport students to and from school
  • Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Navigate various routes as calls require
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 5 (non-GDL) driver's license
  • Comfortable with navigation
  • Committed to safety and customer service
