Role Specifics

We are seeking a skilled CAD/Civil 3D Designer to join our Winnipeg office team, working under project engineers, managers and management staff to develop design skills and ensure design quality standards are met.

  • Supporting senior engineers and project managers in the production of preliminary and detailed design drawings.
  • Coordinating and preparing the full drawing set amongst various engineering disciplines.
  • Collaborating with multi-office design teams to ensure project delivery meets client needs.
Professional Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Civil / Environmental / Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Strong computer design skills with experience in AutoCAD and CIVIL 3D.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing software.
