Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in North America. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies;
  • Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication;
  • Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments;
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment;
  • Unload trucks and deliveries, sort, and stock receivables;
  • Promptly maintain accurate log sheets of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately;
  • Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude;
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or shipping/receiving;
  • Forklift experience required;
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is a plus;
  • Able to work shifts, including overtime as needed;
  • Team player with excellent communication skills;
  • Fluency in English; additional languages considered an asset;
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuit concepts;
