We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Happy Time Tours & Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate the cost of travel and accommodations for our clients
  • Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Sell travel products and travel insurance to our clients
  • Attend to cancellations and schedule changes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using our computerized reservation and ticketing system
  • Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Computer skills, including MS Office and Sabre
