About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at KS Enterprise Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials

Design and create engaging promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our services and products.

Hire, Train, Direct, and Motivate Staff

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.

Market Business Services

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our business services, including advertising, public relations, and social media marketing.

Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenses are aligned with business objectives and that resources are allocated effectively.

Plan, Direct, and Evaluate the Activities of Firms and Departments

Oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies, evaluating their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.

Answer Written and Oral Inquiries

Respond to customer inquiries, providing information and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in the Preparation of Brochures, Reports, Newsletters, and Other Material

Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.

Conduct Public Opinion and Attitude Surveys

Design and conduct surveys to gather data on customer opinions and attitudes towards our services and products.

Maintain and Manage Digital Database

Manage and maintain our digital database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.

Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff

Lead and manage a team of office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Marketing or a related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing is required.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and to work under pressure.

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
