About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Specialist to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable framing solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to meet their framing needs.
  • Operate framing equipment and glass cutters to create custom framing solutions.
  • Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
  • Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
