We are seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team at CRUZ MASONRY LTD. as a Bricklayer. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units to build residential and commercial structures.

• Project Planning: Estimate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects and ensure timely completion.
• Masonry Work: Prepare and lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing, construct and install prefabricated masonry units, and build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations.
• Material Management: Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required and ensure accurate ordering.
• Worksite Safety: Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Tool Maintenance: Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools.
• Quality Control: Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces, and restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures.

• Work Conditions: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Personal Protective Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and gloves.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in masonry work.
• Language: English language proficiency.
• Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
